15" Q-Enclosure Question
Curious, why did you buy a Q when your goals are loudest setup? Either way, very nice driver. Yep, you should quickly change your order to a BL. QUICK!

Factory Processors
Brad beat me to a response, but if your goals are what you describe in your first post the JBL will do what you need really well. If you can give up on other processing then you won't need it.

Could have told you the weather would be shit. I am here too. Pretty much I've never seen nice weather in SoCal (Irvine/Laguna anyway). My office is here, I am here 6-8x a year but it is ALWAYS way nicer in MN when I visit.

Agreed. I also have a "key" but it is on my laptop. I assume I can use the same key on more than one pc, but couldn't find jack about that as an option. Just installed win 7 on both my laptop and media PC using the same key Interesting, validated okay as well? Since I have a key is there a logical download site?

Just a pain in the ass in comparison. I also don't want to propogate my system and go through driver battles in the future for any of my home automation stuff. It may work fine in XP now, but when I transition I may have to re-write some of it. Being I am going to tackle this head on and am getting a phone capable of controlling it in the next month I want to really only set it up once. That is worth some money to me, not sure it is worth $200 which is why I asked if anyone knew a cheaper way of getting it

Audio Wrap vs Second Skin vs Fatmat vs Sound Deadener Showdown vs Edea
That test is far from being accurately done. Not acceptable in an engineering realm.

Welcome to the IHoP
I am willing to pay, just wondering how to do it the cheapest way This wasn't a request to ask for some not legal, although a better understanding of what would happen if I did wouldn't suck. My goal was to buy it. Perhaps via student or whatever rate makes it the most affordable. I have a Flash Drive with it..........Download it from a torrent and burn it to a CD and Get the Crack. I am not sure that fits legally, even if I used quotes around it. Really just looking for Win 7 Pro. Last thing I want to do is get someone in trouble but am very open to whatever you or Adrian is referring to. You guys rock btw!

Welcome to the IHoP
My home pc has Windows XP on it and my new laptop came with Windows 7. Anyway to "legally" put 7 on my home pc? If not, any cheap alternatives to getting Win7? I can only use a Windows product if I want my home automation system to run.

The test is not so easy to do in a scientific way, requires a lot of money in gear (read >$300k) plus some very defined samples that are thin and most importantly a repeatable fixture to hold them in. I have access to the gear that gets used for this any day I like, but the fixture is far from trivial. Discussion is amusing to me either way as it is about diminishing returns. You have to look at the whole package which for a quiet good sounding vehicles includes many more things than just a deadener itself. Panel resonance is NOT your biggest problem in any car audio installation.I recommend SDS as a company flat out as the hardest part of any effective deadening is the install and so far only Don has time and time again given the right recommendations of how much and where to install the product. That and his product is designed more than adequately for what it is required to do.

I saw a M5 a couple days and it reminded me of you lol. What's the next car gonna be? response you will get... Only because I truly don't know yet. I have it narrowed down and am shopping, but haven't seen what I need in my price range yet. Two got sold out from under me this week in Chicago though Nothing is local which makes it significantly harder. http://www.lincolnvscadillac.com/showthread.php?t=53704 While I like how you think, I've already owned a couple albeit not like that one. And regrettably I need 4 doors.

They are fun to drive, but sort of hard to turn for me. Add to that I have to stop nearly a block away from a stoplight to see it turn doesn't particularly make it so practical.

Supposed to be a 911 style 2+2 model Yes, and the Evora was supposed to seat a 6'6" guy. Just fyi, it doesn't.
