Your wrong. A lot of reputable amps can handle loads below rated specifications and IMO it is silly to buy amps based on how they sound.

yuck i did that with my stock rear 6x9s when i was first putting in my system a couple years ago These are at least 5.25 components and actually better than the super low end chit, but all coming from the rear trips me out completely.
Actually hooked up my rears real fast to the stock leads on the deck. Now Mr. NO REAR FILL has only rear fill, lol. That won't last long it sounds like shit.
