good pick-up on the load/resistors ... I didn't do the LED thing yet but tempted... I think I am going to modify my rear deck and change the stop light to an LED strip that is the width of the rear window along the edge... kinda like they do on the gate for pick up trucks now.. like this:

Yeah I also want another XS battery but very happy with the electrical. I have a whole dubstep selection that I need to run through. Hope to find something that works with my setup. I'm almost positively set on Odyssey batteries... Something about them just looks right!! lol ... I was thinking of get the 65-PC1750

LA has been great... Stays extremely clean at all times... some creepers that attend this gym and lots of social groups fcking hoarding machines and shit... but its great.. My friend stopped going and is now just paying to stay fat... I've gotten a good workout and spent lots of time here already.. Always wanted to go to Golds since I was a kid in the Bronx, always saw hott buff chicks leaving that place... But the closest one to me is not close enough...

myth, cardio with either method should do the same... now lifting real heavy and exhausting muscle is great... I've been working to improve lower body more since you have such bigger muscle groups below the waste, the more muscle you have the easier it should technically be to burn fat... Get them legs strong buddy...

just curious about your number in protein and why you're aiming for a high number? I could see if you were replacing meals with a high protein bar or item.... But to take with food during weight loss, I could be wrong but maybe your protein can/should be taken down a notch...
