Yea, I forgot I have 0db, 12db, and 24db on my amp.. The speakers I am looking at have a 12db slope.... Should I match the slope or go the lowest possible with the speakers?

Like I said before... If you have the money for it now, the alternator would be the best upgrade since it will continue to power your system as it grows and you upgrade... Good luck on making a decision...

Hey fellas.... Just got this HU installed the other day... Lovin' it soo far.. Some questions: Slope - I have the option of 6db, 12db, or 18db for the subwoofer... Currently I have it at 18db with a cutoff of 100hz ... Good/bad? Ideas? I don't have a great front stage so I thought going up that high would help with overall sound... On the speakers I have them crossed at 125hz with a 12db slope instead of a 6db since I don't want the speakers to sound like crap going below that 125hz... Am I doing this correctly?? Last thing I need to ask... This HU has a voltage read out for the battery???? WTF hugesurprisewhenIsawthisinthedisplay!!!! Is that a true voltage reader or inaccurate??? Mechman is a very reputable company, DC Power makes great product but I would email either company to see if the unit is in stock and when the ship period is... I'd lean more towards Mechman myself plus in your case they already confirm a model that they make for it...

Get the alternator... It will support your whole setup.... completing the BIG 3 should go hand in hand with that..
