Honestly I think even treating the housing wouldn't do much as it's the mechanism that the mirror is on that is vibrating not the hosing itself really... I took the mirror off once to see and really there wasn't much to be done since I cannot modify the mechanism so I put it back and forgot about it... At least that was the case with my car...

Is this a ground issue with the plate amplifier? I've been using this Canton subwoofer for quite some time... I have a brother subwoofer which does not do this. I currently have them powered off of my Marantz, so when the rcvr turns on the subwoofers turn on using the 12V trigger. Should I try plugging it into a dedicated outlet??? What do you think it could be???
