  6. Crazy... I think I'll do what I can to try and get myself in there.... Great way to get this company on the buzz!!!
  7. EDIT: wow I meant 32-35hz .... goodness late night typing isn't always a good idea for me.... and like it has been stated, lower tuning if you're doing slowed/bass enhanced music pieces...
  8. 1. Dual 4ohm config 2. according to this pic here: I'd go with a ported enclosure tuned anywhere from 32-25hz .... 2 cubes is what they require 3. Yes, running the D4 SA-12 will yield "600w" from that amplifier if wired to 2ohms .... You're welcome!!!
  9. wtf with these hooks up???
  10. couldn't the serpentine belt also cause some jerkiness or possible issues starting if it is badly worn??? just throwing out an idea...
  11. ^^ yea wtf meng!!! you seriously got that on craig's list???
  12. projectors have too many weaknesses for most people's setups... I do not game as much as I used to, (SF4, SC4) mostly.... But I've played with many a TV surprisingly from tests done by myself and a few others the Dynex brand of TVs at BestBuy have one of the lowest in terms of input lag... Sony was the best if you turned off the processing levels which made the picture somewhat bland and ordinary... The Samsungs did well except for their somewhat non-existent CS .... If they get to you they blame everything on everyone else... It's your wires, your source, your eyes and GOD did this to you... Panasonics have CRT like reproduction/refresh rate but still suffer from input lag.... I'd stick with Sony for quality but Dynex(if it hasn't changed in about a yrs time) if you want to stay low on budget... I work for Sony, and do not always recommend them unless they DO fit the bill.... Dynex was in my room for a bit but I sold it to a local arcade here in Jersey called Eight on a Break ...
  13. I looked up alot on bodybuilding.com and it suggested the negatives as well... I did a bunch of negatives, 15 to be exact but one at a time obviously.... Jumped into the pull-up and held it at the top a second... then let myself go down with a 10 second count... When I didn't count it seemed "too fast" to me.... Lets see how this works out... BTW, I'm using the IRON GYM pull-up bar and I also have the AB Straps for hanging leg lifts.... Also did 40min run this morning at the track... well it was like 40/60 jogging but it felt good to say the least... Did leg lifts, laying down on the bleachers and brought my push-up bars with me and did 5 sets of 15 at varying widths but for the most part shoulder width... Thanks for the suggestions fellas... I'll let you know how it turns out and update this thread.. I did read pull-downs help "activate" the muscle group used to pull-up/chin-ups .... So I will hit the machines at the gym and maybe use the assisted pull-up machine I think they have...
  14. thanks... yea, the incline on the low bars don't look like pull-ups ... but I guess there are some "shared" muscle groups being used within that exercise... I'm far from knowing anything which is why I asked.... Obviously I need help... Would doing higher weighted pull-downs help? Like instead of my normal reps maybe going much higher and doing let's say 5 reps and rest then do it again?
  15. Okay, so I'm not the fittest of people... I cannot do a single pull-up... I cannot figure this out... what can I do to improve? I weight 198lbs now give or take a few... Am I too fat for my own muscles???lol Found this video on youtube, is it a good idea???
  16. insane setup bro.... clean it up...lol you have a HO alternator or not yet???
  17. Those are like $400... I was previously eye-ballin' these @ $180 :
  18. I'm looking to get kinda loud without too much of a loss in clarity. Not sure if the focals fit my bill. Also I definitely am liking the looks/reviews of the CTX. but is the CXS much better???

  20. ^^why those then???? now... okay lets say I can "go" for these.... sonic has these listed as the V.2: woofers has these listed as the V.2: both are listed for $315....
  21. my doors are deadened... I would like some output ... like loud as ballz almost... or something below that...
  22. SOOO FUCKING FUNNY BRO!!! So I'm on sonicelectronix and they are now an authorized dealer for ID ... and I was gonna ask if I should go for the CTX since the price dropped to $160....
