  1. You'll want to go with a D2 so you have the ability to wire down to 1 ohm and get the full potential out of that amplifier...
  2. ahhh... okay.... I thought maybe it was just a special chart.... and by special I mean retarded... or maybe I'm special cuz I couldn't read it.... lol
  3. I was looking into the SA-15 and looking at this spec sheet confused me. The specs for a sealed box are only implied for a D2 version of the subwoofer and the ported for a D4. Is this specific recommendations or can either subwoofer work for either enclosure type and size? Don't want to seem stoopid but I've never seen it explained that way before, so I had to ask.... Thanks....
  4. insane and sexy....
  5. Yes, ZCON... not yet available though.... But should be a beast.
  6. biggest reason for me not mounting amplifiers on the enclosure if when it comes to removal.... All the wiring must come out and get disconnected... risk of knocking the amplifier around and breaking it.....
  7. Single sub setup and people saying "TURN THAT SHIT DOWN" ...you need a ported enclosure for sure.... and I think you might have to go with a 15" for sure.... But space is gonna be your enemy... Got a big trunk?
  8. alternator looks sick.... loving the voltage....
  9. True... the Zv.2 would be crazy as well.... I think I want to get into the loud department and just have "nice" sound .... debating..
  10. get a nightshade or Xcon.... Even a 10" of those would probably water down his setup... obviously need the right enclosure and electrical.... welcome to the forums!!!

I guess you're right, but wouldn't bottoming out create alot of friction which could at to the heat already applied? Just saying.?

what was your port tuned to? your amplifier has a fixed SSF of 25hz I believe..
  14. Crazy looking stuff....

  16. very nice build.... would look dead sexy standing up...
  17. looking into getting a XS for the starter and if it handles my small electrical load fine that will be the end of it... otherwise I'll throw in my Kinetik HC1800 near the amps..
  18. looked intense... wish I could do that...
  19. I thought I read that right ... Thanks for clearing that up edub...
  20. WIN! ... Favorite selected... oh and welcome sir!!!
  21. yum!!!
  22. Like mentioned already, only the SSF is a concern... I love the size of the Rockford and might go that route and go to a sealed enclosure again ...
  23. Am I missing something here? I thought a while back you said you had issues with a DC Power alternator which did not fit at all with your car. Something about the bracket being wrong, the space between casing was wrong and the connector for it was wrong as well... Was that some one else? Either way, you are saying you "To make a long story short I choose to no longer do business with DC Power." Do you mean that at first you thought you couldn't go with DC Power and then you were sent this alternator? I'd like to fully understand... Also, that alternator looks amazing...
