So, in an effort to be cool I have been looking at getting a proper enclosure for my 12" Icon. Spoke with Andrew and I'm possibly going that route. First I'd like to find someone more local than across the US. I'm in Jersey and need someone close by if possible that can design/build an enclosure to spec for my boom boom. ... Anybody here on the east coast with the skills and tools?? Please let me know... Thanks!

Oh yeah SecondSkin is good from what I've heard/read as well... Possibly gonna order some for the cabin of my Toy Cam soon.. Gotta get a better box first. And then a better amp for the front stage.. But SDS and SecondSkin are both rated highly around the community.

its an MA Audio amp.... You see it when they first open the trunk... Plus it has their mesh design heatsink...

Right I did see that one... But I haven't seen anywhere stating this map can run @ 2oHms bridged... That is my main thing... I want that flexibility of running 2oHms...

Oh and the vocals right now are more important to me because even though I am using that baby amp, HOLY SHYT it can pretty much overpower my front stage... I actually have my Pioneer set @ -7 pretty much all the time since I got it and I know the Icon is still nice and stiff... Sooo I don't need on the Icon just yet.... lol

Yea, I was hoping you would chime in or somebody would comment on those factors.... I don't really need the 200w but 125w I guess would be the least.... unfortunately db-r doesn't seem to have that amp... and when I did see it, it was like 20 beans less which constitutes just buying new... Nothing is going to happen if the amps are not perfectly matched. The coils are on the same former, the electro-magnetic fields will add up. Thats cool, no conflict out of me ... I just don't like doing something on a chance, or maybe ... Be honest, wouldn't it be easier to keep the hifonics amp and sell the jls ??? true that...
