Nice! That's good progress. Funny about the ribs. I wonder if it has to do with how you lift. Like posture. I am still having a hard time shedding weight. I've cut my calories. Added more cardio but it seems I can only lose a pound over the course of like 2 weeks. Smdh!

I'm going to take advantage knowing this from all the members on here speaking on it so frequently.... I need a router though... so when I can afford to fix my car then I'll save up for a router.... sucks being unemployed and having hobbies... sold my bc3500 to pay bills... decided to keep the xcon for now though

wish the people here weren't so rich.... they just go into shops and pay for a one lump sum of audio equipment by brand name and have it installed... If I had my Xcon installed still it would be just as nice as most of their stuff.... Hopefully I get the suspension repaired soon and install my JL 500/1 or RF t500 and I'll make a new enclosure to push this Xcon out there!
