He does have runs of wire on both ends of the copper bar.. It does lose current but probably nothing that serious.. He probably has some batts under everything too. I can defiantly see that. I feel you on that one, i want to get everything out of my equipment in the safest fashion.

Yeah I love my Saturn they get loud and the sounds stays in the car pretty well with it sealed up.. That is pretty close to what I built only .5 cubes difference. Thank you.. How did you add so much to ur sig?

Don't have the electrical. I need another XS battery and a H/O alt. I drop into the low 12's with ac running and system blasting at idle..

Check your loads on the amp, make sure they are not below 2-ohms.. Hope it isn't broke,,

NIce good shit. 30 hz is a good place to tune. I believe you.. You do get high from loud bass, it is crazy. A great feeling!

So what is the tuning with the port in the box? Your design is shit...

You wanted low tuning and you ended up with extremly high tuning...haha It is not all about port area there are other factors. 12-16 sq inches per cubic foot is a good rule to go by for daily. Your box is waay to big. those ten only need 1.5 cu ft max!!! So a nice 3 cube enclosure tuned to 28 - 30 hz with about 14 sq inches of port area would slammmmmm way harder then ur current design. Those subs are just gonna bottom out and not have any extension in the 20 hz range.... 20hz feels very good. I have my 15 tuned to 30 hz in a 4.5 cubic foot box with 12 sq inches of port per cube and it extends down to 15 hz and all the way up to 80hz!!! And will do it alllllll dayyy.

I Actually just heard the Some Hybrids the other day in a lexus they were the Legatia and they sounded AMAZING!! By far the best sounding speakers i have ever heard.. Every note was balanced and defined. It was all OEM integration Powered off an Arc audio amp. These are the best speakers you can get Period!!

Think about it.. There is a LOT of information and processes that we have refined over thousands upon thousands of iterations.. That takes YEARS to figure out on your own. We hire somebody in..they work for a month and disappear. Next thing you know somebody else is doing something to mimic what we do.. We've already given the industry enough as it is over the years..if you look around and don't see that you are simply blind I see so you are just trying to protect your work.. You can always make the employee sign a contract stating, that if they were to use any of your designs they will get sued to the fullest extent. I do realize how much FI has contributed to the speaker world, If it weren't for you guys sub-woofers wouldn't be the same!
