i don't really see the problem? It's not like they trick you into going there. In all honesty its people like you that keep them in business. Why do you care if she enters yoru DOB wrong 18 times? Are you in that much of a hurry? thats why you came to wal-mart instead of going to someone else. You saved a couple bucks and a few seconds. If you're not ok with the service, go somewhere else where you pay for good service. Personally i don't have a huge problem with wal-mart. Sure they can be hell to deal with, but its worth it to me most of the time.
