Id ask the dealer about the alt amperage, they should be able to find out. I think your best bet would be an external crossover, but with a vehicle that new you and wanting to retain the factory H/U you will more than likely need some sort of factory integration

IMO your equipment is capable, its impossible to tell though. I would just keep searching the forums trying to find someone with a meter, or maybe call around to your local shops

Its hard to say, with sub and port on same side, you have more options with rotating the box and testing it after its built.

Well if you look at you wire your primary wiring like your speaker wire you sure shouldn't have any voltage issues
