water is paramount. I have done the whole water only thing a few times for a year each time. Even when i incorporated other beverages back into it, i always kept a bottle with me all day and kept filling it up. I love salads. Especially dark leafy greens like fresh spinach

Thanks for watching guys. We are definitely trying to distance ourselves from processed foods(we just bought groceries a few days before it happens, so sparingly getting rid of junk). I have been eating on some of the lean cuisine healthy choice tv dinners for lunch. They are low calorie but loaded with sodium,etc. Next grocery trip will consist of only things from the perimeter of the store: fresh fruit, vegetables, lean meats and yogurt. I hear that's the trick. Relatively healthy stuff is always on the perimeter while frozen meals and processed junk is in the center of the store

This is the first video of my new vlog series. My wife was just diagnosed with cardio myopathy. Basically, I am starting to a vlog as a motivational tool for myself to get healthy and get her healthy. We are both overweight and she is a little over 6 months pregnant. I will be doing weekly(if not more frequently) videos to document my progress with diet and exercise, as well as other health issue share how she and the baby are doing. This first video just gives a little insight and backstory and annouces what I will be doing. As soon as my son is born, my wife plans on joining me in exercise(once cleared from cardiologist). She has given up caffeine and is on a pretty rigid, low sodium diet. I am kinda doing it too. I am a diet( mostly calorie counting, and avoiding junk) just not as rigid as hers. Thanks for watching.

if it were me, I would wire the turn on for the cam to a toggle switch. I'm pretty sure having it full time would mean accessing HU functions would be impossible. With a switch, you could turn it off to do stuff(i.e. switch songs, watch dvds, nav, etc.) and then flip it back on for a non-stop behind your car view

I agree. We both try and keep each other informed on purchases over a few bucks though. Plus it would affect our bill and take away an upgrade that my mother in law or sister in laws may need. I asked my mother in law if anyone needed the upgrade and she told me to go for it. The wife and I are about to leave the house for lunch and go by walmart. Rumor has it the Samsung infuse is 1 penny there

We can afford it just fine. She just gets silly about spending money on things I want but don't need. I make it sound worse than it is. She just made the suggestion to not get it but said it was up to me.

Well I may not be getting anything new. My wife asked me if I really need one. I don't, but for $0.01, why the hell not? I am on her mom's plan and we pay each month for our portion. My wife thinks I am done for spending the $36 upgrade fee. Apparently they don't use their upgrades for nicer phones, they hoard them for when the 5 year old phone you have breaks. Oh well

I know almost nothing about phones and some of those commercials that show a guy walking past the apple iphone line and having a clearly superior phone has got me thinking. I'm eligible for an upgrade and have an Iphone 3gs right now. I love it and would like a similar device with newer features. I know a lot of phones out there are "iphone killers" at a fraction of the price. What should i get? AT&T has a lot of smartphones in the free to $19 range with an upgrade. Here is whats interesting in my range and again I know nothing about them: htc hd7s htc inspire 4g impusle 4g lg thrill samsung captive samsung focus and focus flash and thats about it if I stick to the $19 and under range. Any insight would be helpful. thanx

Irip worked great. I had to download a copy with a cracked serial code so I could do more than 100 tracks. Of the 3700 songs I had, I lost less than 20 or so because the files were corrupted" Edit* Why does iTunes not have a feature for this built in??

Anybody know a good, free program for taking music off my old iPod to my new computer. I have tried searching around and all I find are expensive ones or free ones that allow only a hundred songs to transfer. I need something free that will get my whole library from my iPod to my new computer's iTunes account and subsequently on to my phone and other iPod.

it was pass code locked. I think she might not care about though. The ipod used to be her brother's and he gave it to her when he got a new one. She has since got an Iphone and we did not see her use it in the last six months before we kicked her out. She also has not asked about it in the last 2 months since leaving. If i was to give it back to anyone, it might be her brother or stepmom, but I think i might keep it. I had to factory restore it to get into it. Btw: Does anybody know a free program that I can use for getting my old songs off my other ipod onto my new computer?

Off and on for the last 2 years, my wife and I had been attempting to help a family friend get on her feet. We gave the girl a good home and treated her as our on child, even though we were only in our 20's and she was a bratty teenager. Things went bad with her attitude and to make a long story short, we have since parted ways. We were cleaning out her old room and what do we find....a 3rd gen 32 gb ipod touch! woohoo, new toy for me. And before you say I should give it back, we spent hundreds of dollars helping her out and taking care of her.

Edub, I know you got a while before you give it away, but I am loving this build and dying to see how it all comes together in the end. Are you gonna make some sort of housing for everything? Like a hobby box,etc?
