1500D lowing Fuses

Hooked up the 1500D today after it has been sitting for about 2 months and now it keeps blowing all the car's fuses. Putting it in a late 90's Tahoe which originally had a 1,000watt amp hooked up that ran without any problems. Now after hooking the 1500D we've already been through 2 fuses so far and are unsure on how to fix it. All help is appreciated and thanks in advance.

what ohm is the amp @?

how about when are the fuses blowing?

Like for example, do they blow as soon as you plug the amp in? Or after you send signal too it.

Seriously? Don't bump an old thread just to say something like that.

I bought the amp from him for $200 and it works fine, so must have been an install issue...
