Posted August 6, 200718 yr Do you think a Soundstream PCA2000D would give me enough power to push two 15" or 18" Qs? If so would I purchase dual 2 or 1 ohm subs? If I wanted to get the full power out of the amp I would have to go with the 1 ohms, but how would I wire them? This amp is only stable at 1 ohm right? Would a .5 ohm load put too much stress on the amp? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Edited August 6, 200718 yr by obriab63

I wouldn't run the amp lower than 1ohm though. A pair of dual 1ohm Q15's would be the way to go.
