Is USAcoustics Still Around

Just wondering as cant find any where that sell them on the net and they haven't updated their site since 2004.

I don't think they are selling car audio amplifiers anymore though.

Oh Yeah forgot about them that could be left over stock.

Even their security product aren't updated though.

well if the were still around would they still honor the audio amplifiers warranty I guess is what im getting at.

I don't think they're in business anymore. The amps that theyhad made by Zed that Crutchfield used to sell were effin' fantastic.

The whole reason I brought up this question is because there is a 2300f at a local audio shop that is brand new and I kinda would like to get the price down and have knowledge to negotiate.

I kinda of have plans of getting the 2300f to match the 2200f for an active front stage.
