September 7, 200718 yr Author Got it aligned today. So what do ya think? drives straight and smoothtons less body roll in cornersstops really well as long as I don't lock up a wheelstill quite a bit of play in the steering wheel, but I bet that's the steering box's fault
September 7, 200718 yr Author How does it compare to the Imp now?Acceleration: no contestHandling: the Imp still takes it by quite a bitBrakes: I might have to give this to the Camaro, when I brake hard, it feels like I'm going to go through the windshield, that may also have something to do with the lack of shoulder belts though
September 7, 200718 yr Author Is your Imp suspension stock? It has Bilstein shocks and SLP sway barsnote, the Camaro doesn't have any sway bars
March 11, 200817 yr Author Just thought I'd update this with pics from the rear suspension upgrade I did a couple months ago. I installed the Hotchkis rear leaf springs and new shocks all around.Leaf spring outThe Hotchkis/Bilstein shock absorbersThe gas tank had to come out to get the rear shackles in/out. Not too much rust there All back together
