Posted August 28, 200718 yr im looking for a sub that can play lows w/ authority and get loud when i want it to but still retain SQ... from what ive read the Q provides all of the above...i know the recommended is like 1k w rms just wondering if 500 is ok for it... i just bought a zapco 500.1 thats why im asking thnx in advance

August 31, 200718 yr Either the Aresenal or the SSD 10 with the copper coil would work well in a smaller ported enclosure. Maintain good SQ, but have some ooomph too it when you need it (relatively for the size of the setup).Either one in 1 cuft tuned from 30-33 Hz will drop deep and sound clean.
