how will these things do under their rated power? like 350w?

edit: also what is the the driver displacement i have to calculate into the boxes?

Just fine, they will do great with 200 watts RMS like the originals -- they are just as efficient, but they have more capacity for thermal power handling :)

Displacement on these is negligable, about 0.07 ft^3

Thats going to be close. I'd like to see a full inch if possible... but you are planning on running only low power so it's not as much of an issue.
