Posted November 14, 200717 yr I am looking into my first Fi sub. I am looking at either a 15 Q or a 12 Bl. It will be going in a Dodge Magnum. Both subs will be ported @32hz and powered by a Phoenix Gold Tantrum 1200.1. How do these compare? I am looking for loud with maybe a little flex but still sound good as a daily driver. I listen to a little of everything but a lot of rap. Help a noob out.

I listen to a little of everything but a lot of rap. Help a noob out.In the right enclosure, with that same amp the Q should be louder because of the size difference. A good enclosure can make all the difference. The SQ on the Q should be better as well. On that power the Q would be my choice. Edited November 14, 200717 yr by tejcurrent
