If I use the first four channels for a front stage (woofer/tweets), would I be able to run a pair of coaxial's for the "5th and 6th" channels in the rear doors. The coax's will be 4 ohm models. :thanx:

I don't think thats possible as its only a 4 channel amp...

What u could do is run your woofers and tweets passive on 2 channels and then run the other 2 speakers on the remaining channels... I believe you would need a crossover for this tho...

The manuel has a six channel config. Check it out.

It's not a six channel amp, it's a 4 channel. That's not going to change. The wiring in the manual is just a way of wiring other speakers up.

I've never seen anyone use that particular wiring scheme, perhaps Jacob can shed some light why it's even in the manual.

Oh... you are talking about running "tri-mode" on each set of channels eh ?

If so... then you won't be able to use the crossovers on the amp without have weird response from the coaxials.

Rarely someone would want to do this to run speakers and a woofer from the amp... but it requires passives to be effective.

Duh....I didn't think about the crossovers on the amp. This will not work for the setup I was thinking. My bad.
