Nick... man you let the running joke out of the bag there...lol

Yeah I was trying to think of names for the sub and my 4 year old (I think he was 3 then) had wanted to help. He said that I should call it the Buzz Lightyear since it was his favorite at that point in time. So the BL it was. Rather fitting as it is about 2/3 of a BTL = BL and it is also a standard spec abbreviation.

Much easier time with the acronyms for Fi than "names" for the Ascendant lineup. Im not a fan of names, but it is the standard convention that AA has used since the start, so Im sticking with it. Names get to sounding a little cheesey sometimes :(

So what about the verification on the acronyms for the others then!?

Our litle secret.

So what you are saying then is the next one will be called OLS?

:dance:

lol... something like that.

We ***USUALLY*** keep tight lipped about stuff at Fi, lol. I did spill the beans on the names wuite a while ago.

First person to find the post where I said what SSD stands for (or confirmed it in a post) wins an X12 D4.

Thanks,

Scott

does ssd stand for "Standard Spec Driver?" or "Solid System Driver?"=)

Alright alright... Ill admit it, someone got it when I checked this morning (evil laugh...)

Andrizzle was the first to get it correct.

SSD = Society System Decontrol

They are a band I loved from about 20 years ago. All the original RE names had to do with a similar theme as well (hence me not wanting to spill the beans about those either).

So... Andrizzle, send me an email to [email protected] and let me know the size and coil you want. You earned it ;)
