I received my 100.4 and i must say amazing customer service and extremely fast shipping. I am going to run active with Supremo Tweeters and SEA mids. From people's experience should i use the filters from my pioneer 9800 head unit or from the amp?

You could use both and stack the slopes if you like This would be especially helpful to lower distortion on the tweeter.

What type of slope adjust would you recommend? That is still one subject i am unsure of. Is the slope basically the setting that adjusts the "sharpness" of the change from tweeters to mids? Having trouble wording it..

^that came out odd since it was in a .gif format... but it should give you a basic idea! starting from the purple and going down, it goes 6, 12, 18, and 24db.

do you have a newer 100.4? i think the newers allow more adjustable bandpassing, however my less new 100.4 is great for my active setup!
