Posted December 13, 200717 yr Just wanted to give a public thank you for the amazing customer service!! The amps showed up today, a couple days before I expected them to. I will always give you the first shot at any audio business I may have in the future( and I know I will;)).Just got my 2 sax-100.2's to go with my saz-1500d. I'm gonna try to run them in dual mono to my Diamond d-971 components, I think that will drop my noise levels wayyyy down, and really help my staging/imaging as well.Again, Jacob... THANK YOU!!!
December 13, 200717 yr Indeed, Jacob really knows how to treat his customers. His products are excellent and his service is second-to-none. I hate to sound cliche, but it's really true!
December 13, 200717 yr Yeah, that refurb 1500D came excellently packed, the visible parts are pretty much mint, and it came fast. Works great too. Briefly hooked it up and tested it on my HT Dayton sub off of a 10Ah battery bank and a 10A PS. Even at pretty high volume the voltage never dipped below 13V. Thats efficient.
December 13, 200717 yr Jacob is one of the nicest people ive communicated with. im 17 almost 18. and hes right there behind me 100% helping me anyway he can. hes never met me or anything.<thatll change in about a month> hopefully i can find away to repay him somehow. But ya Jacob is the MAN!!!!!!
December 15, 200717 yr ha yea jacob has helped this youngin (me) im 16, with my system and with numerous questions and by feeding my car audio addiction with several amps all have been handled by jacob with great customer service. and when one 100.2 refurb went wrong with the same problem it had before when he got it to service it. i received a new 100.2 shortly after he received it. havnt had a single problem other than that once occurence with the 4 amps i have bought from him. 3 were used / refurbs but im down to the 100.2 and 100.4 on the front stage and it is audio nirvana to my ears. but i do find humor in me having more wattage up front then in the sub department. seeing how i replaced the 1000D with a us amps md22 which sounds very nice like sundowns as well, but i do miss the output of the 1000D in a small package. but it did sound a tad bit nicer, prob because it a class a/b bridged instead of a class d. but it pulling more electric current for sure.
December 16, 200717 yr Hes been quick to respond to all my questions and when ordering have got what I ordered very fast. I say thanks again Jacob.
December 16, 200717 yr Yes he's a one of few good guys left in this business. I hope him the best for him and his business.
