thats only gonna leave me with like .5in between port and sub, sub and sub, and other side of box. (including .75in MDF)

concerns/recomendations

any chance you can make it wider? i would be careful having that little mdf between subs, definitely do a double baffle

i wish i could so badly but my wheel wells in the back limit the width and they extend too far back into the trunk... so i should double wall the front side?
