I'm posting a few pics from this build for a friend of mine that drives for aliving. He wanted some serious bass in the truck so i provided him with the subs. A local shop in Northern NY did the install, here's a few pics of it.

Head Unit: Pioneer AVIC-N3

speakers: RF power 6.5 components

Subs: SSA ICON 15D1s

Amp: RF T20001, RFT 4channel

probably should have mentioned, they built the amp rack in the closet of the rig, the subs are mounted under his bed in the bunk area. Only problem I have with it, they didn't deaden the area where the subs are, there's alot of rattle back there. sounds like a job for me next time he's out in AZ.

Too cool. I always wanted to do something like that back when I was driving(late 80's to mid 90's), but I never owned my own rig and the boss wasn't into letting me rip the dash apart, LOL.

Back then, the Freightliners had a wraparound dash that just begged for a system!

Finally made it back home to AZ and shorts weather. Resized these pics as well, they where huge. I felt helpless with out photoshop. Here's another pic I like of the truck in the snow.
