I am wanting to use 2 of these for mid-bass and when I say mid bass i mean 80hz to about 350hz or so what type of enclosure should a try sealed or ported?

Sealed is more than enough to play down to 80 Hz.

IB. Where are you putting them?

well i am going to build a center consel 4 them probably firing up between the passenger and driver....I have a wall in a 04 monte carlo so space is limited but I want to boost mid bass. I am not really going for sq by any means but i would like clean volume.

I currently have 3 sets of memphis pr 6.5 coaxial 2 sets of the 5.25 and one set of the pr tweeters with crossovers. and 2 100.4 to power it.

it's too bad I don't still have my 4. I would have let you have them for your car, I might be able to get 2 of them back if you want me to cause I know who has them and they have not been used yet. just let me know.
