i have a 99 mustang and im leaning toward getting a btl 12. just wanted to get some feedback on how your FI's sound in the stang...i really wanna hear from people that have the btl but if not i would like to hear about the other series too.

I had a 12inch Q in my 94 Stang.

I loved it.

It didn't meter to well, but I also didn't build it for that purpose.

I have a 12" Q in a 2003 mustang. I tried both sealed and ported. Both sound amazing. Sealed was a little cleaner, hit harder on short bass notes. I have it ported right now and the sustained bass notes are ridiculous. Just make sure the subwoofer points toward the rear of the car. It is much louder when you remove the back seat.

I got an 18" BTL in my 95 stang and its amazing. had it in a 6 cube box in the trunk and it hit the lows great, now its in a wall and its crazy loud. Go for the BTL man, great choice.

when you had it in the trunk, how did u have it. The reason why Im asking is because I have a 97 T-bird which is basically the same trunk. I want either 2-15BLs or 1-18BTL but due to the short height of the trunk makes designs kinda difficult. This is a daily.

What do you guys think about sub(s) up about 3" under the rear dech and flared aero ports back or to the side for daily in a trunk (97' T-Bird) with a sh@t load of raamat?
