A very tiny amount, you can pretty well ignore it for calculations... if you want to figure it in it's less than 0.1 ft^3

As a subwoofer you generally do not want anything over 80 Hz coming from them, so no, there is no reason to cross them above 200 Hz when used as subwoofers.

Not really - it depends on the size of the box as the only real limit you'll hit is mechanical. If you hear a funny sound back down the gain a bit
