Hey, US Amps owns RE now right? Question on an RE purchase: I found one of the SX models on eBay for $209 while woofersect.com costs $420 on sale

Is this just because there's no warranty and it's a shady dealer? or is this an older model possibly?

just thought id post and let you know i placed a order thru there web site on a kicker pkd1 amp kit usually $120-$130 every where and they had it for $85 i along with another placed a order and we both got ours today..so i dont think they are shady..heres there website

I know, you posted while I was gathering all the info up. On a side note thank you for testing the company and the sonix code. Weird thing is, I was looking at that amp kit at mobilesoundworks a couple days before you posted that thread. I havent bought any yet though (waiting for some money to come in first).
