i was gettin ready to do a few things last nite on the caddy and i wanted to make sure everything was still working good so i tossed in a Metallica CD.

Dont worry bassheads, there will be PLENTY of low-end, deep bass playing in this thing soon enough. I just cant get over how this thing sounds on rock so i had to make another vid :D

its hard to get that sub excursion when kick drums move so fast but you can tell if you look they are doing there thing and very much under control too :)

video does it NO justice, once again lol.....i have to say that because the camera mic does not show how good this thing sounds....at least my new camera doesnt distort as bad from the bass as my old one did and you can still hear the top end over the drums.

yea i do believe enter sandman would sound great, its looking close to being finished, also meade try a video with this song: Bonecrusher (D4L)- Transform i think the caddy wont like that one

wow, looks crazy nice. could you play something by flyleaf, something thats rock but has female vocals?

only ~12.5 volts even when just the highs are playing? :( Or was the car off?

What is the green tank? Is it oxygen for when the bass takes your breath away? :)

Nitrogen for air ride.

Car was off i'd say.

Looks damn clean, i think you should install an Audio Control Epicenter, that'll add depth to the lower end spectrum :)

Just got done playin that on GH3, lol

but i agree enter the sandman

no need for an epicenter, this thing is out of control loud AND deep already :)

dont forget you are hearing it on camera not in person so dont discount the bass on it just yet ;) .

actually the car was off. It usually goes back up to 12.8-13.0 after i back off the bass knob but 12.5 slumppin damn hard on pure battery power (5 batts) with 2 15,000 watt amps isnt bad.

also, the tank you see is indeed nitrogen, for the air bags....this way when he is chillen, showin off his ride, he dont have to listen to those damn annoying compressors. Those noisy things are just for back up, the main system will run off the "bottle". Im also gettin my upholstery guy to make a "bottle sock" for it out of the same material he is doing the seats. This way its not all green and ugly.......just slide the new tank in the sock and hook it up! good to go ;)

ATB- black nights, and darude- feel the beat would be absolutely insane in that thing, of course on crazy nice systems I think techno is a clear win!!

Hey meade, has Scott hooked you up with chris from the team for the alternator programmer thing he's got going on? it's called missing link audio. awesome product, helps get the most out of the alty's, Scott was telling me about it at SBN, something I'm definitely doing on my next build...
