Posted June 11, 200817 yr hey fi,i ordered a sub (bl 15) april 19th and still hav'nt received it. something's gotta be up with the shipping company, i've ordered stuff from china that only took 3 weeks. let me know what's up when you find out. thx -phil
June 12, 200817 yr It got held up in customs for whatever reason, no clue why. One of the other subs that we shipped up there has been hung in customs for a month...I'm pretty sure that Scott told me that it cleared customs like Friday if i remember right...Nothing we can do about them holding stuff up..international orders are terrible...unless you want to pay the fees to use UPS or Fedex...

It's been over 2 months all ready.Mine was the one which cleared customs on Friday, but I should have had it by now...I'll keep you posted.PS: I was never told about any alternate shipping when ordering, I went by what it said in the sticky, and thought that by going USPS it would save on brokerage fees. June 25, 200817 yr It's approaching 3 months for me.Something is not right.I need someway to find out with USPS where my item is, but with no tracking number or shipping invoice...It's been 3 weeks since it apparently cleared customs. I live 2 hours away from there, it takes at maximum 2 days for items to arrive once they are cleared.What are my options here?

Canada just sucks, that's the end of that short story lol.If they finally admit that it's 'lost' we'll file a claim and get another woofer out to you somehow with some sort of tracking. Brokerage fees just suck with UPS and Fedex, I have not looked into DHL yet, but i'm going to work on that next week.

Seems to be fastest, easily tracked and mid-level fees out of the three.I would not mind paying for tracking 2nd go around.Lemme know how you make out.I also sent an e-mail.Thanks.

July 1, 200817 yr Not us man, the only thing we have are the shipping documents that says that it cleared customs. Unless the post office is willing to finally admit that they are lost and for us to file a claim there's not much that we can do. Problem will be solved from now on, we will not use the post office for canadian orders. They've lost way too many subs and way too many problems have been had...Canadian people are just going to have to pay the fees to UPS.
