I want to the this sub but I dont know if my amp will over power it... It's a Power Acoustik BAMF 2000w 2ohms 900w 1ohm 1200w

SSD is rated 800rms but with bp power will it be able to handle the amp?

You have two options.

1) You can get the DVC1 sub and wire the coils in series for a 2 ohm final load.

2) Get the DVC2 option, wire in parallel and go easy on the gains.

You don't have to send the full 1200w to the sub.

1200w should be fine for an ssd. imo. if i were you id go ported if you got room! but if sealed is a must atwell told me theyll do fine

i donno about sendin that ssd 1200 watts daily.

a clean 1000 watts maybe. i would try to stay closer to 800-900. but thats just me.

im runnin a Bxi2607D to 2 18s. as long as your carefull theyll do allright

I would suggest getting the dual 1 coils, and running a Kicker ZX 750.1. Plenty of power.
