I got the NS18s today and one of them has a broken basket Ive got pics uploading now Ill put up here as soon as they are done. kinda pisses me off cause the package looked perfectly fine no evidence of problems

That is ridiculous... I packed those things incredibly well.

What was your tracking number for the broken driver ? I'll see if I can sign on to UPS from my lap-top and start the insurance claim.

Damn shipping SOBs, FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, they all suck at shipping. I think I am going to start a shipping company just for subwoofers with the goal to handle them with care.

OK Jacob its all packed back up and I did my best to replicate your packing job like I said the box looked perfect if it was all beat up I woulda been more wooried. good thing Im not even close to needing them yet

dam post offices and cargo companys they all suck me and jake had an similar tragedy with one of my customers 12" nightshade all beten up i think they had rund ower the package with an steam roler or some thing like that total mashed 6 of twelve spokes was broken down to the spider area

it should I dont really need it right now anyways the car isnt close to done and Jacob do you think that I could get a spair six spoke 18 basket I dont care if its cracked at really I just want it for when I get ready to do my baffle so I dont have to lift the subs anymore than I have to
