No - I have not developed any 4" coil speakers yet.

This speaker is a 3" coil - all of my testing is on the 3" coil.

I do not - I am not sure it will be worth the effort as someone could work around the patent unless I covered a thousand ways to do it.

The cost incurred by a patent attorney would not be worth it with similar knock-offs coming out anyway.

It has done so well we are making at least the first run exactly like it is.

Pricing will, of course, be higher than the Nightshade... but not outrageous.
