What kind of wood do i use for my box. Somone told me partacile wood

You should use MDF, probably half inch, depends on the application. I won't recommend anything else because I've never used anything else but that's what 90% of enclosures are made of.

Mahogany(Spelling?) is a really good wood, followed my Trupan Light, then by MDF.
