some people have more posts in this one topic than some boards have total

True, very true

there is a thread on MBWorld.org that has us by about 9k posts, but they have many many high posters on there that keep that thing going

oh one more thing, that 72k post thread was started in 2003, just to give and idea of how fast we are posting

Let me know your impressions on the ACs.

hella easier to tune that my horns :P and I like the top end better too. very crisp and detailed (which sux when I listen to mp3s). they blend really well, but I need an rta to make them sound perfect. vertical dispersion isn't great great, but I have a feeling my dash is blocking part of it. overall, if you get AC's, go with the higher lines. g2si's are very nice for the price, but they dont sound like theyre THE best a ribbon could be. the guy who I bought these from upgraded to the lcy's and he likes those a little bit more so I may either try lcy's or ac g3's in the future.

The LCYs are BRIGHT! The top end is so detailed it hurts. It really is amazing what they can do compared to a "conventional" tweeter. I love the fact that they extend the midrange down low enough that you can pretty much cover the rest with a good midbass/range. As difficult as they are to implement into the automotive environment, they are more than worth the effort. :fing34:

I dont have to either.

yea I drive a compact truck...what a counter-productive oxymoron.

went outside to take measurements and start on the project, then I realized it's 94 degrees.

ooo, details!

tested one of the solo's freeair. what a cute little moofie.

just measured out the space for them, got about a smidge over .3cuft for them. shouldnt be too bad, kicker recommends .35 IIRC.

Tom + Jim = MIA..

I can't speak for Tom, but as for me...Windows crashed on me last Monday, so I haven't been online. This has enabled several things to happen:

1. Spent a weekend back home with some "quality time" with a friend :slayer:

2. Got a lot of projects done that I've been waiting to do, and all came out well...

3. Avoided a collective jizm of absolute stupidity that seemed to be CA.com the few times I logged in as a guest during the week.

I would think Tom's reasons are much the same...

yep, "quality time" is good ;)

its so nice to be away from CA.com

im sure i'll be back tonight though

tom has a life. traitor.

*jealousy* :P

Xbox 360...

Quake 4...Oh my. Excellent graphics, amazing just amazing.

Test drive was OK, nothing beat s grand tourismo 3 & 4

Call of duty....I would be willing to be that this willone of, if not the best war games made as far as graphics and realism.

I like the updated controllers, they fit better in yur hand. Oh and its a much quicker load time IMO.

Are you sick and tired of the phisiology/anatomy bullchit yet?

You should be.

If you aren't, you will be.

i want to take an anatomy class just so i can uhh... "study" :)

what happened to those art classes where a naked chick stands there and you paint her? I cant seem to find it at my school.
