won a pair of tickets on ebay for decent seats for U2 on the 17th in philadelphia,

I saw them back in May and the concert was so good I am going back again

I just got a job. Rebuilding alternators and starters. $10/hr. to start. Not bad for a temporary thing. Good benefits as well.

Congrats. How long before you figure out how to mod normal ones into high amp?

No idea. I start on Monday. the good thing is, with my last job, I have some experience with AC and DC motors, so I should learn the ins and outs rather quickly.

No, no. That's the low power install. The stock 130 will be more than adequate.

In fact, I don't know that I'll ever have enough power to necessitate a larger alt. I have some ideas for the beater, but obviously, no money. It would be nice to be able to help out some of the members here, but I don't have the experience yet.
