I tell you what, once I'm clear, I'm not buying a THING without having the money first.

Left here at 8:15 last night.  Was home by 11:00.

Drank way too much way too fast.

Holy hangover.

And it snowed last night.  About half a foot and it's still coming down hard.  Ugh.  I really wish some of you guys lived up here so we could pick up $300 beaters and not care what we drove into on crazy little adventures through the bushes in the snow.

Lots of hot ladies last night though.  Too bad I wear a wedding ring and am not let out of sight.  Only thing that's missing is a leash and/or a GPS braclet.

Excuse me while I spend half an hour trying to eat half a piece of toast and then spend an hour sitting in the shower.

well i have the one ava ported, but fitting the proper sized box is going to be a female dog. The openings for my trunk aren't exactly forgiving. So i'm thinking IB, but because of the loss in SPL i'd want to run two, not one.

Thanks man! Hopefully, once the car is paid off, I can get a lock on this. Only thing left will be the CC and with me able to devote pretty much half of my income there, it should go away rather quickly. I guess I just need to get off my butt and try and smooth things over with the creditor. I always have to learn the hard way.

Don't you have a Stratus or something similar? I know it was hell fitting my buddy's 10W6s in his. We literally had to pry his trunk openings to get the enclosure to fit.

On another note, I personally wouldn't even bother with IB if you are looking for output. Even two won't get you the SPL potential of one driver in the vented enclosure. In fact, given the immense Vas of the AVAs, your performance IB even with one is going to be more like that of a large sealed leaky enclosure, let alone a pair. I'd just try to construct a sealed enclosure for them. Any chance on building in the trunk?

SO, I did the woman last night for about 2 straight hours. I can't do that anymore. I'm just exhausted today and my legs feel like spaghetti. It's amazing how quickly your "youth" is gone.

building in the trunk is possible, but i'd like to stay away from it. I'm seriously going to hack away at the opening. The cabin/trunk opening, not truck/outside opening. There's a lip that runs along the top that hangs down at least 2-3" maybe more, i won't have a lock on my folding seat, but who really cares. The best part is my mounting height will skyrocket, i'll be able to slide in a box of at least 16x37 (dept at about 30 at least) all with no problems at all.

vladd, are you looking at any parts for your Stratus? i know of a 97 Stratus that may be parted out
