As for the horn cover, I'd go dig around in a junkyard with that in mind and find some cool hunk of metal and then make it work.

An APXX, AB 75.1, and an S-10 I think would get quite loud... but if I do get over there this weekend, pics are a must...

And a bonus is that the amp is under warrenty, and the sub is getting reconed anyway... sooooo, the possiblities are limitless.
