It is one sheet per side...

Sooo, I just send one in and I'm golden?

I think you've got it in the bag; nobody else on that forum knows what a "backloaded horn" is, much less how to build one to the level you did...

I was thinking of the 6" cabs, they call for two sheets per side

Well, according to his new rules, my current BLH's aren't able to be in the running, but I"d love an excuse to build another set.  hehe

Have to be built from now until the contest ends?

Like I said....dooooo it.

I might just have to build another pair out of 1/2" baltic birch ply and then sell them after the contest is over. That is if I don't get writen out of the competition from people not wanting to get whooped up on by a litte 4" driver... I don't have a planer anymore, and since all my walnut is 1" rough stock... I *could* still make some out of walnut, but it would be alot harder for me. Needless to say, they would still be pimp out of 1/2" baltic birch ply!!

If my budget is looking the way it's looking, you *cough cough* may have an interested party...don't even need walnut, I'd put a few coats of stain on the birch and call it a day.

Tung oil is teh shiznit...

I'd probably put them on TV/DVD duty with the NAD 3020 integrated.

Im going to post the TCAE for the RL-i 8

just because its so pimpness

putts will loose, i'll tell you that much

Kent, did you ever get your bike back?

I got another one on Sunday. 05 Yamaha v-star. Got it for pay off :)

Oh and the new RHCP cd is KICK ARSE!!

Depending on how much I can make over the summer, next spring I might be looking at a replacement for the van....if I can find FJ40's in decent shape for $5k or so.

Shouldn't be a problem. Do you want all stock or modded.

Mostly stock, for what I'd be using it for, I'd need at the most 2" of lift just to accomodate slightly larger tires; lockers would be handy but not an absolute necessity. Biggest priority is getting something in good physical shape, no rust and paint in relatively good condx.

That's a good priority, are you turned off by 350 conversions?

yes, he took a long ride a couple days ago

Mission:  Make TCAB boxes come nowhere close to top three positions

Method:  Expy2k's box building contest

This is your mission if you choose to accept, this message will self destruct in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, *poof*

I know how to cheat

Cut a sheet of 1" MDF in 2

it can be done...

And you have 2x the wood :D

I've heard the I-6's can go places the big V8's can't, just because of how torquey they are and where they like to operate in the power band.

For my purposes, a straight six will get me where I want to go.

lmao.

on ATHF the mooninites...

"I've got a straight six"

not funny because I'm a girl :(
