Got the front oil seal replaced in the boat. May have to call some people and hit the river agian soon.

Gonna need to use my dads silverado though because one more try at getting that boat out of the water and my clutch is completely shot. I hope i can take it easy on it for another few weeks untill i can get it replaced.

Automatic > Manual for pulling boats up a seriously steel hill.

You just need a real truck. I used to have a straight six Ford with the granny gear and that thing would pull anything out of the water. I used to get laughed at using a 6 banger to pull a 15,000lb boat until everyone realized it has more torque and yanking power than most big diesels. Manual tranny ftw on that beyotch.

Cuz 600ft-lb is so little...

Most diesels are 6 bangers

A 'Mog S404 is "only" a 4 banger ;)

I'd rather have a manual in that case...now, there are some 'crawlers that are automatics, and it's amazing what they can do with suitable mods. But being on a rock and a straight line pull are two very different situations.

And steel hills?

Damn, I knew they were developing FL...but c'mon, at least make the landscape out of something non magnetic :D:P

plenty of room for all your friends

although you might not have any after you show up in one of those

For specific roads, maybe. But you see fully loaded semi's around here on two lane roads, does a number on the asphalt though.

As long as you don't have a tiny bridge near your house...:)

thanks guys, nothing awful, the aunt and uncle are going to be cutting me off though which means paying for pharmacy school is going to be pretty much impossible, i'll still go, i'll find a way to pay for it.

don't really care about the girl situation, "she" is very gettable, just wants to play games, carrie seems to be much easier so i'll be putting my effort there (not to say the other she won't be getting any, just won't be my focus)

and then of course i get back to blacksburg i'll pimp as much as possible.

The fiero back piece is not what i expected, did it twice to try to get all the wrinkles out and it still looks like crap IMO, i'll have pics later. I'll redo it sometime later, or i might paint it to match the body color and say fudge it

B'burg pimpin' 4 lyfe.

If you're still looking for a place, my offer still stands...not sure if you worked that out or not.

And of course, the wonderful five miles to the gallon you'd get when empty...
