My fiancee was rear ended back in December.

The girl who hit her has Progressive.

So, inevitably, Progressive is trying to get in contact with my fiancee to get her to sign forms, etc in an effort to trick her into releasing Progressive from any further responsibility. They are minipulative, lie, and are harrassing at this point (legally considered harrassment, according to the attorney).

My fiancee finally called a lawyer today in an attempt to get the never ending BS to stop

safeco insurance is like that as well. no issue getting them to pay for my scoot, but the medical bills? that's the reason i got a lawyer. they actually quit talking to me, no return phone calls, nothing. i hate that shit. all i wanted was the medical bills paid, now, i hope my lawyer can stick it to them. they were actually trying to ignore me long enough for the statue of limitations to expire, per colorado law. or so my lawyer believes.
