whereabouts?

Maplewood, but apparently he sold the parts I wanted the most :(

Eff bandwagons, this chit is crazy.

Other side of the twin cities, but if you need a third party to pick something up for monetary safety I can help...as long as they fit in my pickup.

Thanks for the offer...think I'm going to look elsewhere though :(

All I ask for is a pair of 500Hz horns and compression drivers for under $400...too much to ask apparentlly

Back pain. What does one do?

Aspirin ain't cuttin' it.

Where at? Lower, upper ... ?

Tweak or stretch it lately?

Constant dull ache or shooting/pulsing pain?

Worse sitting down or standing?

Stretching really works wonders.

Lower, down in the lumbar. It's been a small dull ache for a while, hurt when I bent over but not enough to alter the way I did things. However, it's been hurting a lot since yday. It wasn't one specific event but it started feeling bad after I played disc (frisbee) golf. I've been playing for a while though, so this wasn't anything out of the ordinary. Now it kind of hurts when I walk upright and hurts like crazy when I bend over. Sitting doesn't hurt that badly, only when I push my abdomen forward while leaning my shoulders/head back. When I lay on my back and slowly pull my legs into the fetal position, I can really feel the localized, shooting pain in my lumbar region.

Three times each and hold for thirty seconds if you can.

Optional. Little bit of a further stretch, more for a minor core workout but it works.

I have to stretch my hamstrings and lower back three times per day (plus post-workout) or else I can't walk.

If you still feel super tight and it doesn't go away on it's own, it might be time to visit a therapist to give it a look.

Thanks, Steve, as usual. :)

Seems helpful for a tall guy that is always cramped in planes too.

I'm on my 4th Guinness...need to re-stock for the weekend :(

Guinness and Killian's, most likely

fudge it...think i'm going to end up with the Fostex Sigmas after all...no way I'm going to piece together a two-way Altec setup for under $600 with the way prices are now :(

That is the one thing the dorms have an advantage with...gratitious supply of ass with really no effort. Being off campus it takes a little more effort...not much, but there aren't 50 horny co-eds living down the hall.
