Jim I think I have the website you are talking about but i'm talking about whenever I'm directly quoting someone within my paper. It's an online article. I went to the apa format website but it still confuses me because it has multiple answers. I could just cite the entire website but I'm pulling it from a specific article and it has an author. Where as I have another website that doesn't have an author. :(

What I always did was just follow the format with as much info as you have, and if you don't have it, you obviously can't include it.
