classes for next semester:

MAE415 - Vibration Analysis

MAE488 - Mechanical Engineering Design I

MAE491 - Experimental Mechanical Engineering

PGS350 - Social Psychology

shouldn't be too bad except for BME which is just a stupid bullshit class to fill our Bio requirement

Got a 73 on my VBA midterm...class average was 70.

I'm expecting a curve.

I'm expecting a curve.

Curious, at Carleton the curve was class average = C and there was usually only 1 A. Is it similar or are they nicer to you?

I had a Physics test where I got a 13% and it was a B+. Other than the curve killer with a 99%, the next best score was a 7%...that test was a beyotch. Only one question and it still took me 2 whole blue books.

Depends on the class. I've gotten profs that range from wanting to give everyone B+'s to a guy who taught an intro environmental law class where the class average on the final was in the low 60s and he didn't curve at all. Usually it falls somewhere in the mid to high C range, though...

Ours were always curved, but the average scores were usually significantly lower than what I hear most at. 60% was regularly a target for a B, but sometimes worse and sometimes better. Of course it depended on the students.

shit, most of my bio classes weren't curved at all. and while the averages were usually in the 70-75 range, the distributions were always really screwy.

So did anyone do anything exciting this weekend?

Drove to Pheonix and got my box for the Integra

What is something (doesn't matter what) that you have used, or can look at and think. This was designed for a man, and how would it be changed if it was designed for a woman as well.
