I used to be the equipment bitch when my sister played summer league softball. We had a tournament in McAllen, bout 105 in the shade, at least 114 in the sun. Few of the players were up late the night before so they drank some red bulls to perk themselves up. We almost had to send em to the hospital for heat stroke and dehydration. Fun times...

I like to drink a Rockstar from time to time. It gives me a lil jittery burst, but really I just drink it for the taste. Drinking more than one a day is plain bad.
