Last meca show tomorrow before the rebuild of the trunk of the camry. My plan of slacking off and doing nothing for a couple weeks hasn't worked out so well

we did. at about 1:00 I woke up and it was like a monsoon outside. absolutely pouring and the winds had to be 80 mph. I think there were only a few drops of small hail with this one though, thankfully. There have been reports of trees up to 20 inches thick breaking, blown transformer put 8000 people without power, and some building damage. I can't find a site that gives today's precipitation, only yesterdays. But we had to have gotten at least an inch in the 30 or so minutes that the storm was passing. Be careful if you're in this storm's path. i'm a little nervous to go out and see my car. I'm a bit afraid I'll see a branch sticking through the windshield or something.

But at least it's friday. My gf's parents bought me a smoker for my birthday last week, might have to try it out if I have enough time on sunday and the weather cooperates.

yep. we smoked some salmon I caught in Alaska at their place this last weekend. Got a little overdone though because we weren't sure how long it would take, so it was starting to get dry. But can't complain too much, it was still really good.
