Looks like Houston got scared shitless by Rita and Katrina. They got a hellaciously large search and rescue center stationed near the Astrodome and have already secured 200 buses in case of emergency evac.

so far the only things i don't like about that laptop is that for a couple hundred more i can get a 2.5ghz dual core, but it's the T series, not the P, and i've heard great things about the P series. The other is windows vista *puke* but like it or not that's the way we're heading so i might as well conform now. but yes there will be a partition for xp

The combine demo derby and compact figure 8 races were fucking awesome. Nothing like the air filled with diesel smoke, screeching metal, crashing, and loud exhaust.
