maybe over the long run

in the short term though, the adrenaline would only raise heart rate and bp

bp is only a concern over the long run. short term is all about the adrenaline and endorphins

Friend turns 22 today, she wants to go to the bars, only one of our friends that we hang out with isn't 21, she wants to go to the one lame ass bar that has minors night tonight.

Birthday girl doesn't want to go, so we aren't going.

Non 21 friend is pissed, also bi-polar so that doesn't help out any.

Non 21 friend is saying about how she sees who her friends really are and what not... Gets pissed, etc, etc...

I make a comment about how birthday plans and doing what she wants since it is HER birthday doesn't mean she isn't a friend and what not.

Her response is 'I knew you wouldn't understand.'
